1. How long does it take for my costume to be complete?
Our suits completion time is One Month, excluding delivery.
2. How long does it take for the order to be delivered?
We send all costume orders via Royal Mail UK Recorded Delivery 3-5 business days. Posing shoes and jewellery orders are subject to 5-10 business days UK delivery. Please note that delivery may take slightly longer during peak periods.
3. How to take measurements?
Please go onto our Measuring Guide page for all the instructions listed/illustrated.
4.How to care for my suit?
Please do not ever wash your suit in a washing machine, tumble dry, bleach or soak. Gently handwash using a very mild soap water and simply rinse. Please note that certain metallic, hologram or glittery fabrics are not suitable to be used in chlorinated pools, hot tubs etc. as the glitter and shine will come off.
5. I really need a costume asap, can you help?
We offer a 2 Weeks Express Order Service at the additional cost of £40. Please note that this does not include delivery time - Standard UK 3-5 Business Days or Next Day Special Delivery Service.
6. What if I changed my mind of the order already placed?
All decisions are final. Should you wish to have a different style or fabric, a separate/new order will be logged and a full price will be payable.
7. When shall I provide my measurements? Can I provide you wwitth new measurements just before you post my bikini?
We would like to ensure that the costume fits you perfectly. Please be sure to provide as accurate measurements as possible at the time of order at the checkout process.
We are unable to re-make your special handmade bespoke suit last minute with different measurements to the ones originally provided (what would be the point of giving us initial measurements?) - our gorgeous garments take a great amount of care, attention and time to make. However, we offer an alterations after-service if any adjustments are needed.
8. What if an alteration was already made but I need a different style this time?
Should you wish to change the style of your suit, a new order is applicable.
9. I already placed my order, but I changed my mind for the colour scheme of my bikini?
Unfortunately, no changes can be made once a custom order is placed – no exceptions sorry. Wanting to make any changes to a unique custom order that has already been confirmed and placed, all materials ordered and garment processed by our sewing team is simply not feasible from our business prospective. Once you place your custom order, the CS instruct our designer/s who spend valuable time and resources to carefully work on and solidify your unique made-to-measure design. Valuable time is also spent on selecting the precise/closest materials you request and liaising with various suppliers for this purpose. Furthermore, the sewing team are also instructed for your design and have all specific-order materials allocated in readiness for the clients’ measurements instruction. In view of all the work involved above, any such requests can only be treated as brand new bikini order/s at a full cost accordingly due to the incurred overall extra working hours wages, new materials costs for us etc.
